from the very beginning of the 'mandates' (that never were apparently) i tried warning employers that AusGovCO and its STATE subsidiaries were making them the fall guy should any 'issues' arise from basically forcing their employees to take a Gazetted and Adveritsed Experimental Drug (Vaccine Trial) (Greg Hunt, MSM News) in order to keep their employment; they are forcing a change in the workplace agreement without any negotiation whatsoever; they are violating section 51 (XXIIIa) of Our Constitution and Nuremberg Code articles;
i also tried alerting people to exactly what the word 'mandate' means in a dictionary; it is an offer to contract; accepting the 'date' is how something becomes Mandatory...and GovCO is now using the very definition of the word to claim no-one was forced to take the juice; maybe now people might stop accepting implied definition(s) as being factual....
so now we have all the STATE(S) saying that they didn't 'force' anybody to take the GatesPharma and US DoD miracle juice shots...oh no, no, no, people had the choice to take it or not, which is basically the fact of the matter LEGALLY speaking; AusGovCO and its army of Lawyers knew this; as did the STATE(s), so what better way to avoid accountability than to trick the dumbed-down, narrative buying, money hungry, not-so-intelligent Employers to do the 'forcing' for them....
i think i mentioned in one of your previous articles that there will be a never-ending stream of Lawyers soon unleashed as 'covid facts' begin to become undeniable...ya can never keep a 'good' lawyer down when the facts are indisputable! there's going to be a lot of very wealthy 'legal' types emerging from this while their 'clients' will still be incapacitated if not dead; remember, anybody in the 'justice' system was exempted from having to be inoculated..."in the interests of public safety" as Victoria's Chief Justice stated;
once there is enough Employers being sent to the shit-house, there will be even more 'LEGAL' battles in 'the courts' as they (the employers) try to prove that GovCO forced them to force their employees to take the shots; i say good luck with that!
no, what will happen is many more business's will close, more 'commercial' real estate will become vacant and/or re-possessed by our good friends at the banks, more 'judges' will be employed to handle the workload, more Lawyers will get pockets full of Shekels and what was left of Australian small/medium business will be gone.....

So... fer over 2 decades (deck-AIDS too!) in the US of Ehhhh? the autism community sued an' sued against the CDC an' FDA over ruined lives, dead an' damaged kids. They all waited with baited breath ta seek some justice done fer all the kids permanently harmed or killed by their skool-mandated jabs... Lord knows there were suits a'plenty--mostly dismissed unjustly...most never made it ta have their day in court....
Gubbamints (specifically under various depts. of defense) are protected against such annoyances that take the wind outta their killin' sprees--with legal-teams well funded an' very aware of loopholes-r-us.
AND YET--a few cases slipped thru the nets an' WON. Won millions (tho' a' course the famblies won't see much'a that do-re-me once the let's-kill-all-the-lawyers are done...) So much've the autism community CHEERED! They too thought them floodgates had opened wide... (Me bein' a mama of a kid-now-young-adult with ASD I paid attention but wuz far less optimistic...)... I hate ta say I wuz right but... yup...
That wuz it--a few "landmark cases" then SILENCE. Folks stopped suin' b/c the gubbamint made it such a hellscape it took up their entire lives--other siblings in famblies lost mom n' pop ta 24/7 legal hell fer years. Any wins fer the few--were not worth ruinin' lives even more... They do not make it easy--I'd hope suin' fer "covid" jab harms would be easier than suin' fer other jabs-bad but I'm not so sure... Not every fambly with a loss is ready ta climb Mt Everest... Let's hope I'm wrong this time...
